Overhead Squat (5 Perfect Sets of 3)

Your choice. Either OHS or front squat. Of course we want perfect form for all our lifts. But pay special attention with the overhead squat. Don’t worry about depth, just ensure all the other components are there.

1:00 Toes To Bar

1:00 Sumo Deadlift High Pull (95/65lbs)

1:00 Pull Ups

1:00 Push Press (95/65lbs)
