Ideally these are squat snatches.

Conditioning

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

15 Minute AMRAP:

5 Deadlifts (275/185)

15 Push Ups

30 Double Unders
Deadlifts are heavy but should not be over 70% of your 1RM. Keep everything TIGHT!
