Pause Back Squat (3 Heavy Sets of 5)
At least 3 heavy sets. Your choice if you want them to be the same weight or not. THREE second pause in the bottom. Keep that bottom position active and tight.
A)8-12 Pike Push Ups
B)5-10 Strict Handstand Push Ups
C)3-5 Strict HSPU + 10 Kipping HSPU
*20 Walking Lunges at the end of each round and the end of the workout.
