Back Squat (Build to a Heavy Set of 5 + Another Set at 90-95%)

Take about 5/6 sets to build to a heavy set of 5, then take anywhere from 90-95% of that and perform another set of 5.

Handstand Push-ups

Perform 3 max sets to failure.

All strict. If you’re completing less than 5 then switch to pike push ups. We’re ideally looking for 10+ reps each set.

PLEASE do not drop the KB’s from overhead. Set them down.
