Back Squat (5 Sets of 6)
Same weight for each set. Same as last week. Approximately 75% or so. If you’ve been feeling good during these squats, feel free to increase the weight.
A) 5 Sets of 8-10 Strict HSPU
B) Complete 10-20 Total Strict HSPU
C) Complete 5 Sets of 1-4 Wall Walks
D) 5 Sets of 5-10 Pike Push Ups
*You may use ONE abmat for your handstand push ups today.
**If you’re efficient at strict HSPU, you may start each set with a 10-20 second handstand hold.
150 Wall-Ball Shots, 20# / 14#
For Rx’d both men and ladies throw to ten feet.
