Low Hang Snatch (Perfect Single)

Low hang snatch is just BELOW the knee. So you’ll have to ensure you really push those knees back as you clear it on the way up. Engage those hamstrings.

It’s a bit of an awkward position, so you may not hit any big numbers, that’s OK. Work on perfect form.
