Either come for the class metcon and do the extra stuff afterwards. Or come at 11AM and complete the extra training then complete a team metcon afterwards.

15 Minutes – Moderate Set of 1 Hang Clean + 2 Split Jerks

Bench Press – Heavy Set of 6 + 2 Down Sets of 6 at about 90%

Incline Bench – 4 Sets of 8

+

Dumbbell Bench Press – 3 Sets of 10 (3 second up and 3 second down)

Dumbbell Flys – 3 Sets of 12
