AMRAP 3 minutes:

5 kettlebell cleans, left arm

5 kettlebell jerks, left arm

5 kettlebell cleans, left arm

5 kettlebell jerks, right arm

5 kettlebell snatch, left arm

5 kettlebell snatch, right arm

10 kettlebell swings
Notes: Medium weight.

Repeat for a total of 4 cycles, scoring continously.

Rest 3 minutes between cycles.
