Front Squat (10-8-6-4-2)

Hit about 2-3 warm up sets. Then go for a set of 10. It shouldn’t be a MAX set of 10, but it should be fairly heavy. Same goes for the 8 and the remainder of the reps. Treat them all like working sets.


Metcon (No Measure)

20 Minute EMOM:

Odds: Row 45 Seconds

Evens: 5-8 Burpee Box Jumps

Don’t go crazy if you’re competing on Friday. This is meant as a lighter recovery/conditioning session. Nothing max effort. Just a good sweat and stretch afterwards.
