Front Squat (EMOM 5 Minutes – 6 Reps at 50-60% of 1RM)



NO rack. Initiate with a clean (squat or power). Find your weight and stick to it, don’t increase each round.

Metcon

Metcon (20 Rounds for reps)

20 Minute EMOM:

Odds: 20/15 Calories

Evens: 3-5 Power Clean and Push Jerks (135/95lbs)

*Weight should be manageable each set. Light/Medium at most.
