Hang Snatch (Heavy Single)


Metcon (20 Rounds for reps)

20 Minute EMOM:

Odds: 10-15 Pull Ups

Evens: 20/15 Cal Row

Same type of EMOM, but switching up the order. Ideally you’ll start on the pull up bar. Choose between 10-15 pull ups/round.

The goal for today will be the pull ups … hit those numbers. Secondary is the row … that doesn’t mean to dog the row … but it is somewhat secondary.
