10 Squat Cleans (135/95lbs)

21 Pull Ups

22 Alternating Pistols (11/leg)

Cleans should be a medium weight. You should be fatigued by the end of a set. Sub as best you can for pistols. Lots of options, ask your coach if you’re uncertain 🙂
