20 Minute AMRAP:
7 Wall Walks
50 Double Unders
20 Chest to Bar Pull Ups
Wall walks as rx will be starting on the ground and walking up the wall all the way so your nose/toes/chest is against the wall.
To scale these, walk as far up the wall as you’re comfortable.
For today we will scale the double unders to TRIPLE the amount of single unders.
Regular pull ups if you’re unable to perform rx C2B.
