Hang Clean (Build to a heavy single)

Every Two Minutes for 20 Minutes Complete:

10 Burpees

10 Chest to Bar Pull Ups

*In the remaining time, complete EASY single skips … just to keep moving, nothing crazy!

Scaling Options:

10 Burpees will remain for EVERYONE. You may drop the pull ups to regular as opposed to C2B or drop the reps, no less than 6 C2B or 7 Regular.


Snatch (Heavy perfect single)
