Hang Power Clean (10 Minute EMOM of 3 Hang Power Cleans – Building)
Metcon (20 Rounds for reps)
20 Minute EMOM:
Odds: 15 Burpees
Evens: 15 Wall Balls (20/14lbs to 10′)
This is a lot of reps … scale if you NEED to. Don’t scale just because it’s difficult.
It’s supposed to be HARD. You’re going to get your rest during the wall ball, so pick a number you can complete unbroken for the first few rounds.
Near the end those burpees should be taking you close to the full minute to complete.
