Chest-To-Bar Pull-ups (8 minutes: AMRAP 3 UB Strict C2B)

8 Minutes of:
As many unbroken sets of 3 strict chest to bar pull ups. You may not come off the bar during your set of 3 – also make sure chest touches the bar.

If you don’t have strict C2B: perform 30 negatives with a 1 second hold with your chest to the bar and a 3 second descent.
