Metcon (20 Rounds for reps)

20 Minute EMOM:
Odds: Row 20/15Cals
Evens: 10 Handstand Push Ups

Pick a number and stick with it for the row.

If 10 HSPU are “easy” for you, feel free to add in some strict/kipping mixtures.

No more than 1 abmat for HSPU, anymore than that and you’re not doing too much.

Instead you will complete pike push ups or seated L DB/KB presses … your choice.
