3 Position Snatch (Build to a heavy set.)
Hi Hang Snatch + Low Hang Snatch + Snatch
Like usual, there’s a reason why this is a 3 positioned snatch as opposed to just a single rep from the floor. We will be building top down. Your final snatch from the floor should be passing through the exact same positions as your low and and your high hang.
Yes, this is a “squat” snatch if at all possible.

Weight should be medium/light at most. KIP YOUR TOES TO BAR. In fact, don’t even think of them as toes to bar. Just think of them as practicing your kipping and bringing your knees/feet as high as they go.
DOING SHITTY TOES TO BAR IS MEANINGLESS.
