*In between sets perform 6-8 ring rows as close to supine as possible.

CWOD:
3 Rounds For Time (15 Minute Cap)
Row 500M
25 Deadlifts (185/125lbs)
25 Ring Dips

Notes:
Deadlifts should be a medium at most weight. You should be able to complete all 25 unbroken if you’re fresh. Dips should not take longer than 2:00. Put a cap on yourself or scale the reps if needed.
