SWOD:
Snatch – Build to a heavy 3 position snatch
High hang + low hang + floor

CWOD:
Row 1500M
+
3 Rounds of
10 Thrusters (115/75lbs)
10 Burpees over the Bar

Extra:
Nothing. Prepare for Friday.

Notes:
Nothing crazy for the 3 position snatch. Just work technique. If you’re going heavy, no more than 3 fails.

Goal for the CWOD is to prep for Friday. Get your heart rate up with the row and then hit the 3 rounds directly after at about 95% or so.
