10 Rep Max Back Squat
50 Thrusters (100/65lbs)
We’ve done a few weeks of sets of 10 for your back squat, so you should have a good starting point as to where your max is. If not, take 70% of your 1RM or so and start there. Only looking for 1 true set with a few warm up sets of 3-5 reps beforehand.
This will be a mental battle. How quick can you get those thrusters completed? Are you going for large sets with large breaks or short sets with short breaks? Doesn’t matter as long as you get them done as quickly as possible.
